The presentation begins with an overview of the Trinity and the Judeo-Christian sexual ethic, how God created us in His image, male and female, and therefore we are made for relationship. The talk explores God’s intention for relationships; for intimacy, belonging and connection, God’s vision for sex in its procreative, unifying, and sanctifying aspects within the covenant of marriage between one man/one woman for life.

We explore how the sexual revolution of the 60’s began to erode this biblical vision of sex and relationships, and how we are left today with sex being solely about pleasure, divorced from larger themes of commitment, sacrifice, and family.

Following that, a couple of testimonies will be shared about experiencing Jesus in the midst of brokenness.
